You'll own end-to-end deployments for Luminai customers, translating complex healthcare workflows into reliable, production-ready solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end deployments from post-sale handoff through launch and stabilization
• Translate customer requirements into execution plans, timelines, and success criteria
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to scope work and unblock launches
• Identify deployment patterns and feed insights into product improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in deployment, implementation, or customer-facing technical role
• Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts in production environments
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with technical concepts (APIs, integrations)
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans and outcomes
