💼 About This Role

You'll lead the EMEA tax team at Unity, managing direct and indirect tax operations and driving process innovation. Your work will ensure compliance, streamline reporting, and support global tax projects like Pillar Two.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and review VAT, CIT, and other tax compliance across EMEA entities
• Prepare and review US GAAP tax provision calculations including ASC450 and FIN48
• Drive process innovation and automation in EMEA tax compliance operations
• Support EMEA tax audits, dispute resolutions, and controversy matters

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of indirect and direct tax experience in Big 4 or multinational company
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Broad knowledge of EMEA VAT and CIT rules and tax accounting under US GAAP
• Experience preparing or reviewing US GAAP tax provisions and deferred tax positions

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with insourcing tax compliance
• Proficiency with tax technology tools (e.g., Alteryx, Onesource, AI)
