💼 About This Role

You'll teach middle school math at BRICK Gateway Academy in Newark, NJ, supporting black and brown students from cradle to career. You'll use data-driven instruction to accelerate student learning and social-emotional development. This role offers a $7,500 Hard to Staff Stipend and membership in a network providing wraparound family services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute unit and lesson plans with accommodations and modifications.
• Use student data from assessments to inform instruction.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe classroom environment.
• Participate in coaching meetings and professional development.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid teaching license or active pathway to acquire one.
• Authorization to work in the United States by start date.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Excel.
