π― What You'll Do
- Lead post-deal partner management and sales planning
- Monitor and maintain account performance using data-driven metrics
- Cultivate strong relationships with key agents and influencers
- Be the voice of the account partner to internal stakeholders
π Requirements
- 5 years experience in Life Insurance distribution
- Proven sales development experience with distribution relationships
- Ability to oversee partnership onboarding and integration
- Strength to craft value propositions based on partner needs

- Marketing and/or consumer sales experience
- Experience scaling and optimizing enterprise partnerships
- Tech savvy with insurtech/fintech knowledge
