Description

You will lead paid social strategy and execution for healthcare clients, managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit. You'll collaborate with creative teams, drive testing and optimization, and serve as the primary client contact to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years experience primarily in Paid Social
• Experience in multiple paid social channels, paid search, or programmatic
• Required platform expertise: Meta Ads; LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit ads preferred
• Experience managing paid media budgets above $100k per month
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of paid media accounts
• Meet pacing and KPI requirements for accounts
• Identify client goals and efficiency requirements with Account Managers and Media Supervisor
• Propose opportunities to expand media coverage for new accounts
• Generate reporting, write insights, and communicate performance to clients
