💼 About This Role

You'll own strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 enterprises, driving complex sales cycles for Giga's AI platform. You'll collaborate with leadership and engineering to shape custom solutions and unlock multi-million-dollar partnerships. This foundational role offers the chance to transform customer experience at the world's biggest brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own strategic relationships with executive stakeholders across CX, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Drive growth within key accounts by converting POCs into multi-year partnerships.
  • Lead complex deal cycles including enterprise negotiations and technical validation.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to expand into new lines of business.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with a record of closing 6 or 7-figure deals
  • Skilled at navigating large complex organizations and building executive relationships
  • Experience in early-stage fast-paced environments building processes and playbooks

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or CX transformation solutions
  • Familiarity with large-scale deployments in telecom, logistics, or e-commerce
  • Early GTM or founding sales experience at a fast-growing startup
