Requirements

• 8+ years leading operations in high-volume service delivery, dispatching or contact center
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) with ability to build dashboards
• Strong data manipulation and analytical skills
• Experience in managing remote teams
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and margin improvement

Responsibilities

• Build Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks for operational data analysis
• Serve as VP's operational extension, driving tactical execution and cross-functional priorities
• Lead a distributed team of managers and supply specialists, ensuring KPI alignment
• Develop region-specific margin strategies and strengthen pricing integrity controls
• Oversee compliance programs to ensure vendor adherence to policies and contractual obligations
