Description

You will own and optimize inbound demand generation strategy, partnering with inside sales to capture, nurture, and convert leads into pipeline. You'll execute events, webinars, and email campaigns, manage database health, report on performance, and run experiments to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Demand Gen or Field Marketing (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance
  • Some travel required for in-person events

Responsibilities

  • Optimize inbound funnel by partnering with sales to monitor lead quality and improve follow-up
  • Execute end-to-end logistics for mabl-hosted events and 3rd-party tradeshows
  • Lead webinar program and digital events, building campaigns in Marketo
  • Manage and optimize automated email nurture streams based on behavior
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and email subject lines to improve conversion rates
