Description

In this fully remote role, you'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) to patients using a harm reduction approach. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model, empowering patients to build stability on their own terms.

Requirements

• Active NP license in state of residence (specified list)
• 2+ years independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating treatment
• Reside in one of the listed states
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting
