Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on development. Your role includes hiring, onboarding, coaching, and fostering team growth, while also redesigning engineering workflows with autonomous agents and agentic workflows to improve execution speed and quality.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, instrument verification

Responsibilities
