You'll support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. You'll provide insights through variance analysis and 13-week cash flow forecasting, while driving automation via AI tools. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and private equity sponsors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Analyze monthly actuals vs budget and explain variances.
• Manage 13-week cash flow forecast and working capital tracking.
• Maintain OneStream data inputs and build reports.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Onestream knowledge is required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sage or PowerBI.
• Experience implementing technology-driven process improvements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
