Description

As a Senior UX Designer at Landmark Information Group, you will lead user-centred design across complex problem spaces, from discovery through delivery. You'll partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape product direction and champion evidence-based design, including advancing AI-enhanced design practices.

Requirements

• Strong UX design experience across discovery and delivery
• Expertise in user research methods and insight generation
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve UX research practices and methodologies alongside Head of UX
• Own problem spaces from discovery through delivery using hypothesis-driven approach
• Design intuitive, accessible, scalable solutions across complex workflows
• Partner with Product, Engineering to shape product direction through insight and design expertise
• Mentor and support other designers through feedback and guidance
