💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans and help train new recruits. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive sales and assist daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Step in and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
