• Manage and resolve indirect dealer partner loan funding issues.
• Oversee daily pipeline management and workflow distribution.
• Recruit, train, and develop reporting team members.
• Evaluate and improve consumer funding procedures for efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple loan pipelines and prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with indirect auto and RV funding.
• Credit Endorsee registration with California Department of Insurance.
• Knowledge of loan origination systems.
