💼 About This Role

You'll own partner onboarding and training for last mile operations in the Punjab cluster, driving key operational metrics across multiple cities. This role offers the chance to build a supply chain from the ground up for India's next billion e-commerce users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard and train new partners for Last Mile operations
• Identify and onboard new partners onto the network
• Track and own partner performance in the cluster
• Visit facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps

📋 Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree
• 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics domain
• Experience in partner onboarding and training in Last Mile operations
• Experience working in Ludhiana or other areas of Punjab

• Experience in control tower and field operations
• Knows Punjabi language
