Description

In this role, you will build relationships with healthcare providers to ensure an excellent customer experience, working hybrid from home and the Tampa office. You'll use your product expertise to assist customers with inquiries and drive loyalty.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proven track record of resolving customer issues and increasing satisfaction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent phone and email presence and etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and engage practices to drive loyalty and identify growth opportunities
  • Handle daily inbound/outbound customer interactions by phone and email
  • Maintain expert knowledge of PatientPoint products and drive utilization
  • Set and maintain realistic customer expectations and ensure service level standards
  • Coordinate workflow between departments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
