💼 About This Role

You'll join our fleet maintenance team at Carvana, performing preventative maintenance and diagnostics on Class 8 trucks and trailers. You'll keep our fleet safe and reliable while working with modern equipment under manufacturer warranty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on Class 8 fleet
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission issues
• Address aftertreatment system problems, perform regens, and change filters
• Maintain accurate records and ensure DOT compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with heavy-duty Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines and vehicle systems
• Must obtain a minimum of two ASE certifications within 6 months

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
• Comfortable with MIG welding
