You'll join the fandom force at a music and pop culture store, creating an amazing shopping experience for fellow fans. Your core impact is providing top-notch customer service, sharing product knowledge, and keeping the store visually appealing, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
