Description

You will plan, coordinate, and manage the flow of products through the production process at Anduril Industries, working on cutting-edge defense technology. You'll provide tactical scheduling and strategic long-range planning, coordinate with planning teams, and ensure efficient production to deliver product on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing scheduling experience
• Must be a U.S. Person
• Prefer 2 years scheduling experience with MS Project or similar
• Prefer 4 years experience with ERP/MRP systems in production
• Must be available for all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical scheduling and strategic long range planning to production teams
• Coordinate with planning teams to ensure MRP reflects production
• Prepare daily work schedules, track progress, and update critical path schedules
• Lead root-cause analysis and develop permanent resolutions for product build issues
• Develop and analyze metrics tying production to enterprise goals
