Description

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a virtual-first telehealth setting. Practice with purpose, using expert-developed protocols and a collaborative support team to deliver personalized care.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (NY license required)
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual patient care for women in midlife transitions (perimenopause, menopause)
• Deliver evidence-based treatment including hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Order and interpret labs, prescribe medications, and make referrals as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and care coordinators
• Participate in weekly clinical education and continuous learning
