You'll design developer-centric tools, SDKs, and workflows that abstract away RL complexity, making advanced ML capabilities accessible to engineering teams and enterprise customers. Your work will directly enable faster adoption of RL workflows across organizations while improving reliability, usability, and performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build developer-focused SDKs, APIs, libraries, and tooling
• Create intuitive abstractions for reinforcement learning workflows
• Translate customer feedback into improved tooling and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building developer-facing tools such as SDKs or APIs
• Proficiency in Python
• Solid understanding of ML workflows including training and deployment
• Experience improving developer productivity through tooling and documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ML infrastructure, distributed systems, or frameworks like PyTorch or JAX
• Contributions to open-source projects or internal developer platforms
• Experience in ML ecosystem languages beyond Python
