💼 About This Role

You'll repair and maintain pump, power, and HVAC equipment for a leading construction technology company. Your core impact is ensuring reliable equipment uptime for customers while leveraging proprietary tech tools. You'll receive year-round OEM training and work in a people-first culture with modern technology support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, HVAC, and air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer locations.
• Create and monitor work orders using proprietary tech platform.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and own tools applicable to position.
• Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; must be 21+ to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a drug screen/background check.

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification (must obtain within 6-12 months if not held).
• Trade school certificate or high school diploma.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
