💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center performing extensive bodywork on multiple panels including welding, metal pulling, and roof repair. Your core impact is training other technicians while delivering first-rate vehicles to customers. This 2nd shift role offers a $6,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling on vehicle panels
• Conduct metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Repair roofs, rocker panels, and large-area bodywork including Bondo
• Train other autobody technicians during production

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
