Description

You will lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver a strategy that helps customers make the most of Monzo, building the platform, capabilities and app structure to optimize in-app experience and engagement. You'll define the product vision, collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing, and measure the impact of personalization and discovery experiences.

Requirements

• Seasoned product manager with experience shipping world-class products at a fast-growing company
• Launched a consumer product within an EU market
• Data-driven, with a track record of collaborating with ML experts or data scientists
• Systematically breaks down and solves complex problems
• Excellent storyteller, able to motivate and inspire teams
