💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Head of AML Compliance Solutions to scale the function, building structured client support processes and AI-powered compliance tools for a leading fraud prevention platform. Your core impact will be improving how regulated clients navigate transaction monitoring and AML workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support regulated clients with AML compliance questions and product issues
• Create and maintain client-facing process documentation and policy drafts
• Lead large client migration and rule translation projects
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on compliance capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AML operations or compliance
• Direct experience with transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, or sanctions screening
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements driving AML programs
• Ability to translate compliance needs into scalable processes and documentation
