You will manage software implementation projects for retail supply chain and merchandising planning, driving customer value through process design, configuration, training, and business case realization. Work with iconic Japanese retailers and wholesalers in a high-performing international team.

Requirements

• Native Japanese and full professional English proficiency
• 3-5 years experience in supply chain planning, retail operations, or business consulting
• Experience in retail/wholesale for grocery or fashion sectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage projects independently and interact with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects and optimize supply chain and retail planning processes
• Drive process development workshops in Japanese and English
• Analyze KPIs and customer data to drive decisions and improvements
• Configure RELEX tools based on customer requirements
• Deliver training and support to customer teams
