You'll own the next chapter of Chime.com, connecting Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver a scalable web ecosystem. You'll drive site architecture and performance infrastructure, impacting SEO, experimentation, and brand storytelling. This role combines CMS architecture with user-centered design to build a high-trust growth engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 12–24 month roadmap for headless CMS and Core Web Vitals
• Leverage Contentful for page velocity and personalization
• Set and own OKRs for Chime.com as a growth channel
• Drive discovery for new platform capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years owning large-scale or headless CMS platforms
• Strong command of Core Web Vitals and caching strategies
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO and structured data
• Proven ability to write PRDs and drive sprint execution

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Contentful, Storyblok, or Sanity
• Fluent in GA4, Looker, and Google Search Console
• Skilled at translating technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
