You'll lead customer interactions in Japan for Wayve's Embodied AI technology, bridging communication between local and global teams. You'll drive product direction and ship features that matter to customers in a fast-paced autonomous driving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day customer interactions in Japan, building trusted relationships
• Bridge time-zone and communication gaps between Japan and global teams
• Drive local development efforts and partnership with global engineering teams
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements

📋 Requirements

• Strong technical background in engineering or computer science
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Japanese
• Proven track record in product management or technical program management
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across cross-functional teams

• Experience in automotive, ADAS, or autonomous driving domains
• Prior experience working with Japanese OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
