💼 About This Role

You'll lead on-site construction activities for pre-stressed concrete tanks across the West region. You'll manage safety, quality, scheduling, and crew coordination from start to finish. This role offers opportunities to mentor field employees and build critical infrastructure nationwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead on-site construction activities including crews and subcontractors
• Interpret contract drawings and oversee concrete placement and testing
• Champion safety program and conduct weekly inspections
• Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation using ERP systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with line & grade, formwork systems, and large-scale concrete projects
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote project sites

• Proficiency with iPads, laptops, scheduling software, and ERP systems
• Experience mentoring field employees or Assistant Superintendents
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
