You'll join Carvana's team as an experienced PDR technician performing advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and creases/body lines on steel and aluminum panels. You'll work in a high-tech Inspection Center with state-of-the-art tools. The role offers a competitive wage and amazing perks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform paintless dent repair on vehicle panels
• Use advanced glue-pulling and hail repair techniques
• Repair creases, body lines, and larger-sized dents
• Work with both steel and aluminum panels

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work mandatory overtime in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with aluminum panel repair
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program experience
• Previous work in high-production reconditioning centers
