🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and drive customer success playbooks and digital content

📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier enterprise SaaS company
- 8+ years collaborating with senior leadership in large enterprises
- Proven track record of building playbooks and digital content for users
- In-depth knowledge of customer success metrics and champion cultivation
