🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier enterprise SaaS company
  • 8+ years collaborating with senior leadership in large enterprises
  • Proven track record of building playbooks and digital content for users
  • In-depth knowledge of customer success metrics and champion cultivation
