🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery for significant features or systems end-to-end
• Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Drive system design decisions balancing scalability, performance, and cost
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years hands-on coding in Python and/or TypeScript
• Expertise in designing and scaling distributed systems in production
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building data-driven or ML-enabled systems
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks or A/B testing
• Event-driven architectures or large-scale data processing
