🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead teams of 4-10 technicians during deployments
• Establish immediate structure and work allocation
• Balance ticket-based and project-based work
• Track daily progress against ticket closure and SLA adherence

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years in data center operations, deployments, or repair
• Strong experience in rack and stack and break/fix operations
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
• Willingness to travel 70-90% and mobilize within 24-48 hours
