As Director of Asia Operations, you will take strategic ownership of Selkirk Sport's SE Asia market, designing scalable processes, leading cross-functional teams, and spearheading AI-driven operational improvements. You'll act as the key liaison between regional teams and US leadership, ensuring seamless logistics, compliance, and cultural alignment to support global growth.

• Mastery in cross-cultural communication within Asian business environments and with US teams
• Demonstrated operational agility to pivot between high-level design and deep-dive problem solving
• Proven scalability mindset with focus on long-term operational advantage
• Experience in supply chain oversight and 3PL management
• Ability to build and lead a high-performance extended workforce hub

Responsibilities

• Navigate SE Asia market complexities with an owner's mindset, engineering self-sustaining solutions
• Design and implement robust processes for scaling Asia region in alignment with global growth
• Oversee regional logistics, factory coordination, and 3PL providers for inventory and fulfillment excellence
• Spearhead AI-enhanced workflows within Asia operations and consult with US HQ on AI-driven improvements
• Provide strategic direction for regional Customer Service, Sales, and Office Manager teams
