You'll own end-to-end ML dataset creation for autonomous driving technology at Waymo, orchestrating complex cross-functional programs that deliver high-quality labeled data. This high-impact role turns ambiguous data needs into tangible, scalable solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end ML dataset lifecycle including demand planning and capacity plans
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual capacity planning cycles
• Collaborate with engineering and label requestors to meet requirements
• Manage vendor operations and resolve labeling process issues
• Drive continuous operational improvements with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of program management experience
• Experience managing product operations or product execution programs
• Background in machine learning data annotation or Human-in-the-Loop initiatives
• Proficiency in defining projects and executing them within timelines
