Description

You will handle deal negotiations for creative production projects across Asia-Pacific, clear international marketing campaigns, and provide business-focused legal guidance to internal stakeholders. You'll work with a global legal team and collaborate across functions like Finance, HR, and IT.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in similar role, ideally with in-house counsel experience
• Qualified lawyer in good standing admitted to practice in a qualified jurisdiction
• High professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising, technology, content, digital media, contract and commercial law, and copyright
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents including MSAs, SOWs, RFPs, NDAs, and third-party agreements
• Join negotiations on commercial contracts to align terms with company policies and mitigate risks
• Provide legal support on compliance and clearance for APAC projects and campaigns
• Collaborate with APAC legal team to create and update contract policies and strategies
• Liaise with account managers and producers to ensure implementation of legal guidelines
