Description

You will design and own factory layouts, improve production flow, manage complex projects, and work hands-on to optimize the manufacturing process for the world's most advanced rocket engine. This role involves strategic planning, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to scale production and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
• 1+ years professional or internship experience in manufacturing environment
• Process engineering experience with project management and capacity modeling preferred
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python/R for analysis preferred
• Hands-on ability to stand for long durations and work with hardware

Responsibilities

• Design factory and production area layouts with clear visual indicators and linear flow
• Conduct job walks with vendors, negotiate prices and hold vendors to schedule
• Host process walks to identify and implement process simplifications
• Execute complex projects rapidly with minimal expense
• Develop system and process improvements between production teams
