💼 About This Role

You'll act as a culture carrier and program operator, designing the end-to-end employee experience for a rapidly scaling manufacturing company. You'll build scalable programs that strengthen clarity, connection, and belonging across the full employee lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run a rolling 12-month employee experience programming calendar
• Own end-to-end production of monthly All Hands meetings
• Lead planning and execution of company offsites and team events
• Own swag strategy end-to-end including sourcing and distribution

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in employee experience or people programs
• Proven track record designing and delivering scalable employee programs
• Strong program management skills with attention to detail
• Experience owning company-wide events such as All Hands or offsites

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling employee experience from the ground up
• Background in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense
• Familiarity with engagement platforms like Lattice or Culture Amp
