💼 About This Role

You'll support external manufacturing operations for a late-stage rare disease company, serving as a liaison between internal teams and CDMOs to ensure reliable supply of antibody therapy for clinical trials and commercialization. Your core impact is coordinating drug substance and drug product manufacturing to meet program timelines. This role offers the chance to work on a novel therapy for hyperinsulinism in a fast-paced biotech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate DS/DP manufacturing to align with program timelines and supply needs
• Liaise with MSAT, QA, and Supplier Relationship Management for manufacturing activities
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and communicate risks to leadership
• Facilitate batch record review and change control closure

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
• 8+ years experience in biotech or pharma manufacturing
• Technical understanding of biologics manufacturing (mAb, DS/DP)
• Experience working with CDMOs in external manufacturing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience from small to mid-sized biotech
• Exposure to supplier or business interface
• Familiarity with Smartsheet and project management tools
