💼 About This Role

You'll lead supply-side analytics for Taskrabbit's marketplace, building frameworks for Tasker growth and retention. Your insights will directly impact company OKRs and prevent fulfillment crises. This hybrid role offers collaboration with Product and Engineering to influence strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build supply analytics frameworks (acquisition, churn, LTV)
• Own end-to-end Tasker journey analysis from registration to Nth task
• Drive revenue growth through root cause analysis and operational tests
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve platform health
• Serve as lead storyteller for supply-side data to Director+ groups

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in economics, math, stats or equivalent
• 6-10 years using analytics to drive business decisions
• Experience building data visualizations (Looker, Tableau, Sigma)
• 6-8 years with SQL including windowing functions and CTEs
• Excellent communication skills presenting to Directors+

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python and data science packages
• Proficient in statistical techniques (regression, clustering)
• Experience with Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake
