You'll translate technical requirements between customers and internal teams while managing delivery rigor across multiple projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of customer engagements across frontier labs and enterprise accounts.
• Translate technical requirements between customer ML/research teams and internal teams.
• Manage delivery rigor: scope, timelines, SLAs, budget, quality across concurrent projects.
• Drive growth within accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and shaping proposals.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years as Engagement Manager at a fast-growth data startup.
• 3–6 years in customer engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or technical program management.
• Technical foundation (degree or experience in CS, engineering, math, or STEM).
• B2B client-facing experience with execution and delivery focus.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with modern AI training and evaluation workflows (RL, post-training, agent evaluation).
• Experience working with research or ML engineering teams as a customer or partner.
• Early-stage or high-growth environment experience building process from scratch.
