💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted financial advisor to VP and C-level leaders, driving financial visibility and strategic decision-making across a high-growth SaaS company. You'll transform data into actionable insights and build scalable FP&A processes to support purpose-driven growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly forecast reviews, translating performance into actionable insights.
• Own end-to-end financial planning including budgeting and variance analysis.
• Build advanced financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Design executive dashboards and translate complex data into clear narratives.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Direct partnership with VP/C-level executives on strategic planning
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (LTV/CAC, Rule of 40, unit economics)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FP&A systems such as Abacum, Anaplan, Adaptive
• IPO readiness or pre-IPO experience
• Experience implementing AI/automation in financial processes
