💼 About This Role

You'll join the Grow Our Own (GO2) Sales Development Program at The Hope Group, a leader in fluid power and motion control solutions. You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship over 12-18 months, preparing you for a full-time outside sales role. This program offers hands-on experience with real customer challenges and career advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in structured training at a sales hub
• Work with experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Solve real-world customer problems with technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training in a related field
• Mechanical interest and aptitude
• Ability to start work in Summer/Winter 2026
• Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and final placement

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Sales
• Coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance
• Internship or co-op experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing
