Description

You will provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced environment, triaging hardware, software, and networking issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and core SaaS platforms. You'll also contribute to automation and process improvements to help scale IT operations for a growing AI research company.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years hands-on IT support in fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and Google Workspace administration
  • Experience with Slack administration and SaaS tools
  • Familiarity with identity and access fundamentals (SSO, MFA), MDM, and basic scripting (Bash or Python)

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve end-user issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts via ticketing system, Slack, and in-person
  • Diagnose macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
  • Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
  • Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination and participate in on-call rotation
  • Write and maintain internal documentation, identify patterns, and propose automation opportunities
