Description

You will oversee 24/7 real-time operations of a rapidly expanding fleet of renewable energy assets from a control room in Lawrence, MA. You will monitor and operate solar and storage assets, respond to alarms, optimize performance, and mentor operators.

Requirements

• 2+ years operational experience in military watch standing, maritime, or power plant settings.
• Control room operation experience preferred.
• 2-year degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent knowledge.
• Advanced computer skills including SCADA and MS Office.
• Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate solar, storage, and utility-scale assets remotely.
• Identify and respond to abnormal operating conditions.
• Remotely troubleshoot and resolve issues using monitoring platforms.
• Optimize system performance to maximize revenue and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with regional transmission operators and maintenance personnel.
