Description

You will lead customer migrations from legacy payment systems to our integrated payments solution. This role involves deep technical payment expertise, commercial acumen, and high-touch customer consultation to ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in payments-focused role (Fintech, Merchant Services, or SaaS) with migration experience
• In-depth understanding of ISOs, payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Adyen), and merchant accounts
• Familiarity with API-based payment integrations and technical payment processing flow
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance and security standards
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payment migrations from legacy ISOs and gateways to integrated payments
• Consult with clients to understand workflows and design migration plans minimizing downtime
• Analyze merchant statements to generate cost-effective proposals
• Act as primary bridge between client and internal teams for alignment
• Manage customer relationships and identify future sales opportunities
