💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and implementation of AI-powered self-service solutions for enterprise contact centers using Google Cloud technologies. You'll provide end-to-end technical leadership across voice and digital AI engagements. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, innovative customer experience solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead voice and digital AI self-service solutions for multi-location contact centers.
• Design and implement AI applications using Google Contact Center AI.
• Interface with clients to define solution requirements and design decisions.
• Guide and mentor developers on architecture and implementation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall architecture experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Dialogflow CX / Dialogflow ES.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Contact Center AI.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and REST/SOAP APIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Google Certification or Badge completion.
• Experience with contact center platforms like Cisco CVP or Amazon Connect.
• Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services.
