You'll take ownership of day-to-day London office operations, managing facilities, vendors, and events to create a productive and welcoming workplace. You'll balance immediate issue resolution with long-term environment improvement projects. This role requires being on-site 5 days a week.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, catering, HVAC, plumbing, and security.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain a pristine, functional, and safe office.
- Execute office moves, reconfigurations, and inventory management.
- Organize events, guest visits, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years of office management or facilities coordination experience.
- Vendor management experience for hard and soft services.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, and Jira.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg and assist with physical office setups.
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous facilities experience preferred.
- Experience with budgeting and financial reconciliation.
- Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
