๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and scale Deepgram's global GSI partner ecosystem from the ground up, driving sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with partners like Deloitte and Accenture. Your impact will be defining an AI-native partner motion that leverages automation and data to scale beyond traditional alliances.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and execute GSI strategy across named partners
- Drive sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with revenue motions
- Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
- Create joint solutions and scalable enablement programs
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Partner Management or Alliances
- 3โ5 years directly managing GSI relationships
- Proven success building sell-to/sell-through/sell-with motions
- Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems (LLMs, agentic AI)
