๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll build and scale Deepgram's global GSI partner ecosystem from the ground up, driving sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with partners like Deloitte and Accenture. Your impact will be defining an AI-native partner motion that leverages automation and data to scale beyond traditional alliances.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and execute GSI strategy across named partners
  • Drive sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with revenue motions
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
  • Create joint solutions and scalable enablement programs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Partner Management or Alliances
  • 3โ€“5 years directly managing GSI relationships
  • Proven success building sell-to/sell-through/sell-with motions
  • Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems (LLMs, agentic AI)
