Description

You will lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects, providing hands-on implementation and consulting services. You'll gather requirements, design solutions, and act as a liaison between customers and product teams to drive development and ensure long-term success.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers
• Experience with identity federation protocols: SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Software development experience in Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, or REST/JSON
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise on-premise IT landscapes
• Experience with JavaScript and one of Backbone, Angular, Ember, or React

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementation and deployment services for customers
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements
• Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation
• Mentor and train customers on the Okta service
• Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues and drive product development
